Tuberculosis Control This program is unique in that it serves all residents of St. Clair County. Prevention, care and treatment of mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) are the programs’ primary focus. Multiple services are available from screenings to primary care treatment for cases of tuberculosis disease and infection. Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD’s) / St. Clair County The Department works in conjunction with the IDPH/STD Program in monitoring rates for four primary STD’s.
